Change your mind? No stress! We will happily exchange or offer an online store credit for items that are in there original condition and packaging and have not been worn, used, altered, washed and with all tags still attached. Items must be returned within 20 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We recommend all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.
Please simply contact our team email@example.com to organise a return and let us know if you would like to order a different size or design so we can hold the item, if available, until we receive your return items.
Any return postage costs are to be covered by the customer and we recommend sending the items via registered post as we can not accept any liability for lost parcels. Any exchange items will incur postage costs and shipping costs on all returns are non refundable.
We do not offer refunds on swimwear/homewares/
Any SALE or DISCOUNTED items are FINAL, including FLASH SALES, and no exchange or return will be permitted, so please choose carefully and feel free to ask any questions before purchasing an item.
We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty. If you do receive a faulty item, our apologies. Our items are processed with care and attention, however we are human and mistakes can happen sometimes. If this is the case please swing us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org with details and pictures and we will get back to you asap.
If the item returned is not in the specified condition above and/or in the timeframe provided, you will not be refunded or offered an exchange and the item will be returned to you.
